POSITION: Account Manager

Sales
  • Sales of hardware and/or maintenance and infrastructure solutions.
  • Apply technical selling skills and share knowledge to effectively prospect, qualify, develop and close new business.
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients about Renewtech’s solutions for their business issues.
  • Maximise all opportunities when closing so as to capture market share from competitors.
  • Source and develop client relationships and referrals.
  • Develop a full understanding of Renewtech’s competitive landscape, pricing and proposal models.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Interact professionally with business influencers and decision-makers.
Back office
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and Microsoft Outlook of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities, to maximise sales potential.
  • Develop a database in CRM of qualified leads derived from referrals, telephone acquisition, unsolicited contact with prospects, direct mail, e-mail and networking.
  • Gather and submit detailed qualifying information for pricing and presentation of solutions to identified prospects.
  • In conjunction with Sales Manager, develop an annual sales plan outlining activities for the coming year with a particular focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Assist in implementing territory marketing plans as required.
  • Regularly evaluate effectiveness of personal time management and seize opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
General
  • Actively participate in and contribute to training and education programmes for Renewtech staff.
  • Interact and cooperate effectively with all Renewtech colleagues.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, encourage innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate absolute integrity.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-15 years’ experience in sales of hardware or maintenance agreements to middle-market firms, or similar.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of goal attainment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree.

POSITION: Network Technican

Primary Responsibilities
  • Handles the day-to-day engineering work in our warehouse.
  • Works with the Logistics team to ensure items are repaired and tested on time for shipping.
  • Tests and configures networking products to fulfill Sales-Order specifications. * Refurbishes items through repair, cleaning and testing.
  • Performs circuit board level repairs using soldering iron and other engineering tools and techniques.
  • Performs software level repairs through diagnostics, updates, resets, password recovery, etc.
  • Harvests parts from items which would otherwise be considered scrap.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Network hardware engineering, testing and/or repair.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An applicable higher level qualification (e.g. CCNA, electronic engineering)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively.
  • Work effectively under high stress environment.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

POSITION: Warehouse Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities
  • Physically moves and organizes our products and other items as they come and go.
  • Accepts deliveries and receives them into the ERP.
  • Coordinates with sales to pick, process and ship sales orders.
  • Works with the engineering team to ensure items are repaired and tested properly and on time.
  • Refurbishes used items through cleaning, painting and repacking.
  • Maintains a clean, safe and productive work environment.
  • Works on other tasks and special projects as they come up.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • 2-3 years experience in warehouse production and supply chain industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Has 2-3 years in a circular IT/hardware resale company.
  • Is detail oriented and possesses excellent critical thinking, organization and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively.
  • Work effectively under high stress environment.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
