Service level options

The service level options depend on need and skillset. The response times are dependable on local availability. Renewtech’s Remote Hands are not a replacement for data center professional services projects or maintenance contracts.

Same Day

  • Service Window: business hours; 0800 to 1700 at the location where services are provided.
  • Onsite Arrival Time: Renewtech will use commercially-reasonable efforts to arrive “as soon as possible”. In the event arrival time extends to the next business day from initiation, Renewtech will consider the service delivered under the Next-Business-Day rates.

Next Business Day (NBD)

  • Service Window: business hours; 0800 to 1700PM at the location where services are provided.
  • Onsite Arrival Time: The next business day after request
