40GBase Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable (QSFP+)

QSFP+ stands for Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Optics Transceiver. It is a compact, hot-pluggable fiber optic transceiver used for 40G Ethernet data communication applications. Designed according to QSFP+ multi-source agreement and IEEE802.3ab, they are typically used in Data Centers.
